Torus is a simple, rounded monoline typeface that has been designed specifically for logo design, headlines and branding purposes. While the default character set is distinctive in its own right, graphic designers will love playing with the numerous alternate glyphs that will help them create unique wordmarks and logo designs. Torus’ simplistic forms and soft terminals make this a lovely, warm typeface perfect for a multitude of typographic applications.
Torus has been updated with four new styles in 2018. These new styles (Notched, Inline, Outline & Biline) are only available through Fontspring, MyFonts (Torus Variations) and Creative Market (Torus/Biline/Inline/Notched/Outline).
Originally designed to be used for my own “paulogoode.com” logotype, this identity was used for this website between 2011 and 2013 (images below). It was another occasion when my inner voice told me that I should create a complete typeface from it – and I ignored it. Until 2017, when I dug out the original drawings and completed work on this lovely, warm typeface.

Note that Torus has been updated since the review with redrawn /K/k/X/x/ glyphs, as well as numerous other improvements.
