Branding for Cheeky Cherubs
Simple illustrations, strong typography and a warm colour palette create this cheeky little brand.
Cheeky Cherubs were recommended to me by another client, isn’t that always the best way to start off a new project? They have proven to be a great client to work with and have always been receptive to any design proposals I put in front of them.
The birthing process may have taken longer than anticipated and even though the ‘new’ branding is actually over a year old now, it still feels fresh and contemporary now that the project has finally been launched. I was brought on board initially as their previous brand did not reflect the progressive ethos of the company. Cheeky Cherubs strive to achieve the highest standards possible, and have been recognised and awarded for it, yet their brand was rather twee and weak, almost as if it were an afterthought.
My brief was to assess the attributes of Cheeky Cherubs and forge a new, pioneering, fresh, modern, yet approachable face that captured the ethos and personality of the team.
Paulo understood my ideas for the new website immediately and managed to offer creativity, innovation, a commercial eye and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the project.
